Weekly Weigh-ins
Week 1, Day 1: 162 lbs (starting weight)
Week 2, Day 1: 161 lbs
Week 3, Day 1: 159.5 lbs
Week 4, Day 1: 156 lbs
Week 5, Day 1: 156 lbs
Week 6, Day 1: 155.5 lbs
Played football. Football is great for cardio interval training, and playing a game makes me forget I'm exercising. I feel like I'm losing motivation, but I gotta see this through. This was a lot easier when I didn't have much else going on.
For the circuit training, I've only been doing 3 circuits at about 60 sec per exercise or however many reps I can do.
