Week 1, Day 1: 162 lbs  (starting weight)
Week 2, Day 1: 161 lbs 
Week 3, Day 1: 159.5 lbs
Week 4, Day 1: 156 lbs
Week 5, Day 1: 156 lbs
Week 6, Day 1: 155.5 lbs
Week 6 repeat: 153 lbs

Cool, I'm down 9 lbs from the start. I have to repeat the week because I just kept slacking off last week--almost no resistance training. I still went surfing one day and I played some Wii Sports.
