This is the halfway point, so it's time to reveal some progress photos...
Each photo is labeled with the week # it was taken. 
I will be getting some surgery next week so I wont be allowed to exercise for a month or two after. Hopefully my body wont go to shit, and I can continue training where I left off. So after this week Six pack abs training is ON HOLD until I recover from surgery.
