Yikes. Weight is up even more. Still not doing cardio. Poor eating habits. And kind of a lot of beer... and other alcohol. Clearly the workout alone is not enough. I can grab the fat covering my abs and see that it's a lot thicker than on other parts of my body. I wish I had a way of accurately measuring my body fat %.

2 Hours? I'm doing this program now and am only in week 5. But I can tell you that if it's taking you 2 hours, you're not doing it right. I just glanced at the week 11 routine, and it shouldn't take you more than 35 minutes if you follow his guidelines. And you probably shouldn't have started at week 10 after taking 2 months off, that kind of defeats the purpose don't you think? I would say you lost weight because you were ill or whatever, and the 6 pounds you gained from weeks 11 to 13 is just your body naturally regaining weight after being ill. The workouts have nothing to do with it, especially if you're taking 1-2 hours to finish them.
